Steps taken:
Navigated to tools > printer > clicked the + icon.
A printer will likely not show, proceed to manual printer setup
Edit the name to whatever, no special characters
Navigated to tools > printer > clicked the + icon.

Edit the name to whatever, no special characters
Edit the location and select raw socket
Enter IP address and port for printer
Save and return to previous page
Select driver, I had success with "generic PCL 6/PCL Color XL Printer"

Save and Exit
Confirm with test print
