Accepting a guest account invitation

Step 1) Open email from Microsoft Invitations on behalf of Community Health Care<invites@microsoft.com> and click the Accept Invitation button.

Step 2) It is going to create the account using your email. Click next.

Step 3)Create yourself a password. Click Next

Step 4)A verification code will be sent to your email, enter the code here.  Click Next.

Step 5)Solve the puzzle. Click Next.

Step 6)Review Permissions. Click accept.

Step 7) It will not tell you that it needs more information. Click Next.

Install the Microsoft authenticator on your cell phone and tap on add work or school account.  When prompted choose Scan QR code.

Step 8) On your computer you will click next until a QR code comes up.  You will need to use your cell phone to scan the QR code on your screen.(Do not try to scan the one in these instructions.) On your cellphone it will tell you that the account has been added. Click next.

Step 9)You will get a test push sent to your cellphone.  Tap approve on your phone and the screen on your computer will state the Notification was approved. Click Next and then click done.

Step 10)Click on the blue Detect Receiver button. Click on the agree to terms check box and click download receiver.  It depends on what browser you are using, but most likely you will see the download in the lower left corner.

Step 11)From here you will need to install the receiver on your computer. Click on the download and click install. Follow the prompts on the install wizard.

Step 12)Now you should be logged in and able to see the Nextgen-1 and Nextgen-2 icons.
